Habitat for Humanity North Central Iowa serves those living in Cerro Gordo, Franklin,Hancock, Winnebago, Worth, and Wright counties.

Qualifying for a Home
You may be able to purchase a Habitat home if you meet the three guidelines:
- Need
- Ability to Pay
- Willingness to Partner

How to Obtain an Application
If you feel that you may qualify for a Habitat home, call the office at (641) 424-8978 or email info@habitatnci.org with your name, mailing address, and phone number to request an application to be sent to you.
